The name Killing Time what does it mean? Well there are different interpretations. 

We live in a world where just passing time is called killing time. Time can't be killed instead in time is mankind's doom.

There is also the cold side of Killing time. The one where weapons come into play and mankind is the very cause of the disaster. 

So as the Killing Time chorus goes:

"Killing time,

The line “I'm keeping everybody just killing time” is where I substitute the manmade disaster with the natural fate that awaits all mankind. Just like the saying “Time is the master and time is the disaster”
